CUT IB

Semi-synthetic cutting fluid, soluble in water, with high film resistance and great moistening power,
specially studied for use with water up to 70 °HF hardness. Due to ts bacteriostatic
character it does not ferment during use, thus increasing workshop hygiene. Its most notable advantages include:

– It does not contain nitrites, it has great anticorrosive power from 3% onwards.
– High stability emulsions with water up to 70 °HF and 700 ppm of Chlorides.
– Perfect finishing of the machined parts, due to its excellent antioxidant power.
– Keeps the cylinders clean, prolonging their mordant and duration. Extends the life of tools.
– High anti-foam power.
It does not contain neither chlorides, nitrites, heavy metals, phenols, secondary amines, etc. or any product that might generate waste.
It can be considered a waste-generating product easy to
treatment
