CUT BL

Water emulsifiable cutting fluid. (white coolant)

Description

Additive oil, emulsifiable in water, specially formulated to act as an essential aid in jobs of medium severity. For general metal machining.
It has excellent stability, lubrication, cooling and antioxidant protection properties for machined parts. It is easily emulsified with water, providing a stable white emulsion that protects machines, tools and machined parts from rusting, reducing wear on cutting and machining tools.
The emulsions formed are highly stable against hardnesses of 60 °HF.

Application

It is the ideal auxiliary for all types of general mechanization work and cutting of medium severity ferrous and non-ferrous metals on lathes, milling cutters, drills, saws, etc.
Drinking water with a maximum hardness of 60 °HF and 0.1 g/litre of chlorides must be used.
The doses used vary with the work to be carried out, typically 1 to 3%. Provides effective corrosion protection from 3%.
TO GET A GOOD EMULSION NEVER PUT WATER ON THE PRODUCT. PUT THE PRODUCT OVER THE WATER AND SHAKE.
